Seven original garden sheds from the 1920s and 1930s stand here in Nuremberg's Langwasser district, rescued from allotment gardens around the city and restored. Each is furnished with period furniture and tools, giving a picture of how people spent their leisure time on an allotment in those years. The sheds have been repainted in their original colours. Only Leipzig has a comparable museum in Germany.
