Dokumentationszentrum Reichsparteitagsgelände

Nürnberg, Bayern

The north wing of an unfinished Nazi congress hall, on the former Nazi Party rally grounds, houses this museum. A glass and steel spike by architect Günther Domenig cuts diagonally through the building. The permanent exhibitions examine the causes, connections and consequences of Nazi rule, paying particular attention to Nuremberg's own part in it.
