Kultur- und Militärmuseum Grafenwöhr

Grafenwöhr grew up around its military training area, and this museum tells that story. The cultural section runs from the founding of the town through both world wars and the inflation to life alongside the US Army from the Cold War onwards. The military section covers the setting up and expansion of the training area up to the Second World War, as well as uniforms and what they meant.
