Jüdisches Museum Frankfurt

Frankfurt am Main, Hessen

Nine hundred years of Jewish history and culture in Frankfurt are told at two sites. The Rothschild Palais on Untermainkai covers the period since emancipation, while the Museum Judengasse on Battonnstraße deals with the early modern period and includes the ruins of the former Judengasse. Collections cover ceremonial objects, art and family history, with extensive holdings on the Rothschild and Anne Frank families.
