Deutsches Romantik-Museum

Manuscripts, letters and paintings from the German Romantic era form the heart of this museum, which opened in 2021 beside the Goethe House. The Freies Deutsches Hochstift has been gathering the collection since 1911. The building is part of the Goethehöfe complex, and the Goethe House is integrated into the visit, so the two go well together.
