Holz- und Werkzeugmuseum LIGNORAMA

Wood and woodworking are the theme at the Lignorama. The building is a draw in itself: it was built as Austria's house for the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano and then rebuilt in Riedau. Downstairs, booths present the trades of carpenter, joiner, cooper, wheelwright and turner, alongside a joiner's workshop, and an old sawmill stands in the small park.
