Bauernmuseum Reinthaler

Ort im Innkreis, Oberösterreich

Spread over three buildings and front gardens, with about 1,000 square metres under cover, this farm museum shows how country people lived and worked over the past 200 years. The building was a farrier's and wheelwright's forge from 1537 to 1960, after which a builder named Reinthaler assembled a private collection of farm tools and religious objects. A special attraction is the Hundsbrunnen, and the foyer holds valuable sacred items.
