Heine-Haus

Hamburg, Hamburg

This small classicist garden house on the Elbchaussee in Ottensen was built in 1832 for the banker Salomon Heine. On the ground floor is the oval, stucco-decorated garden hall, which Heine used as his retreat. Today it is an outpost of the Altona Museum and also hosts events.
