Heimatmuseum Preetz
Preetz, Schleswig-Holstein
This local history museum occupies the ground floor of a grand 19th-century townhouse on Mühlenstraße in Preetz. Five rooms trace the story of the town from the first settlers to the present day. The house is part of the visit too: during renovation in 2012, a large wall painting turned up under the wallpaper in the entrance porch.
