Heimatmuseum Echzell

Set in a Baroque tithe barn on a former manor estate, this museum shows archaeological finds that all came from Echzell's own land, from prehistory, the Roman imperial period and the early medieval era. Introductory texts and distribution maps explain the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages. The half-timbered building stands close to the Roman fort baths and the old Latin school.
