Berlin, Berlin
At the edge of the Großer Tiergarten, near Tiergarten S-Bahn station, historic gas lanterns from Berlin and many other cities stand in the open air. The collection began in 1978 with 31 lamps and had grown to 90 by 2009, with examples from German and European cities such as Dublin, London, Bruges and Budapest. The display runs up to Berlin lanterns of the 1950s.
