Erlebnismuseum Anzenaumühle
Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee, Oberösterreich
A historic farmstead with a mill and bakery, its story traceable back to 1584. The estate once also had a sawmill and a plaster stamping mill. Visitors see the massive oven that baked the dark Anzenaumühlnerbrot and the big parlour with its green-flamed tiled stove. On certain days the bread is still baked here for demonstration.
