Donauschwäbisches Zentralmuseum

Ulm, Baden-Württemberg

This museum follows the Danube Swabians from the late 17th century to the present: everyday life in the multi-ethnic settlement areas along the middle Danube, flight and expulsion during the Second World War, life under communist rule, and new beginnings in the West. It also looks more widely at the cultural variety along the Danube.
