Buckower Kleinbahn

This museum railway is a rarity: the Buckow Kleinbahn has run between Müncheberg and Buckow since 1897 and is the only electrically operated heritage railway in Germany with a regular timetable. It opened as a steam narrow-gauge line and was regauged and electrified in 1930. The 4.9-kilometre route crosses eastern Brandenburg with a single intermediate stop at Waldsieversdorf.
