Brick Gothic defines this former Benedictine monastery: a tall, towerless church, single-storey buildings around the courtyard, and a moat with earth ramparts. Stone markings outline the cloister. In summer the western part hosts art exhibitions as a branch of the Schleswig-Holstein State Museums.
