Museum für Wasser, Bad und Design

Seven hundred years of bathing culture are on show here in Schiltach, from the washbasin and bathtub to the modern shower. The museum also follows how the plumber became the installer and how water supply developed. A plumber's workshop from 1910, with its old tools, shows the trade as it was. It belongs to the sanitary company Hansgrohe, whose history is told too.
