Museum der Havelländischen Malerkolonie

This is the place to see the Schwielowsee landscape through painters' eyes. The museum is devoted to the artists of the Havelland Painters' Colony and shows paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs and documents on two floors. Its core is a growing collection built from purchases, loans and gifts, and changing exhibitions also bring in works from private owners that are rarely on view. Volunteers from the supporters' association run it.
