This local history museum of the Middle Moselle is housed in a patrician villa, Haus Böcking. Visitors see how farming families lived in the 19th century and how a wealthy patrician family furnished its home. Further collections cover the history of Starkenburg and Grevenburg castles and the former French fortress of Mont Royal.
