Literaturmuseum Theodor Storm
Heilbad Heiligenstadt, Thüringen
The poet Theodor Storm lived in Heiligenstadt from 1856 to 1864, and those years are the focus of this literary museum. It presents his life and work in the Mainzer Haus, a building of 1436 in the town centre. Motifs on the first-floor facade, including hare, stag and vine tendrils, recall the archbishop who had the house built.
