Here gingerbread is something you make, not just look at. In a reconstructed 16th-century bakery set in an early 19th-century granary on Rabiańska Street, visitors sift flour, crush spices and knead dough following old recipes. Each person then shapes gingerbread in traditional wooden moulds. A master baker guides the hands-on show, which keeps Toruń's best-known tradition alive.
