The main seat is the Old Town Hall, where you can see Gothic art, court interiors from the 16th and 17th centuries, a gallery of Polish art, militaria and an archaeology display. Branches are spread across the city: Copernicus's House, the Eskens House on Toruń's history, the Gingerbread Museum, the Far Eastern art museum and the Toruń Fortress museum. Its roots go back to 1594.
