Zeppelin-Museum Zeppelinheim

Neu-Isenburg, Hessen

Just outside Frankfurt, in the Neu-Isenburg district of Zeppelinheim, this museum tells the story of the Zeppelin airships close to where they were once based. The permanent exhibition fills about 300 square metres. The 1988 building is part of the draw, shaped like a section of the hull of the LZ 10. The Graf Zeppelin, the Hindenburg and the second Graf Zeppelin (LZ 130) were stationed nearby, on ground later taken over by the Rhein-Main Air Base.
