Weinbaumuseum Achkarren
Vogtsburg im Kaiserstuhl, Baden-Württemberg
An old tithe barn on Achkarren's main street holds a museum about winegrowing in the Kaiserstuhl. Inside are old and new winemaking tools, wagons and harvest equipment, and a rebuilt vaulted cellar with barrels, bottle racks and corking machines. Extra floors fill the tall barn, and a small vineyard plot outside shows a variety of grape types.
