Vorarlberger Tabakmuseum

Frastanz grew and processed tobacco from the early 18th century into the 19th, and this exhibition tells that story in a former building of the Ganahl textile works. You will see pipes, snuff boxes and other smoking accessories, mostly gathered from local households, plus more than 150 loans from the former Austrian Tobacco Museum in Vienna. In summer tobacco is planted in the municipal park, so you can see the living plant too.
