Uns lütt Museum
Dargun, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Dargun's local history museum occupies the old guest house of the monastery, a two-storey Gothic building from the second half of the 14th century. Look for the west gable, with its band of quatrefoil tracery from the early 15th century. It stands beside the gatehouse of Dargun Castle, which was only partly rebuilt after a fire in 1945, and it ties in with the town's story, which began with Cistercian monks in the 12th century.
