Stadtmuseum Leonberg mit Schelling-Gedenkraum

Leonberg, Baden-Württemberg

Over three floors, the museum walks you through the town's history from the Neolithic to the recent past, including the story of the Leonberger dog and the Nazi era. The building was once a beguine house and a Latin school, where Johannes Kepler studied; one room is devoted to him. Another commemorates the philosopher Schelling, born in Leonberg, with first editions, portraits and two original letters.
