Set in a manor park in Swarzędz, this open-air museum is devoted to tree-hive beekeeping, apiculture and silk-making. It grew from hives of a bee-disease research institute first displayed here in 1963, among them figural hives shaped like bishops. The park and its palace are listed monuments, so a visit doubles as a stroll through a historic estate.
