Schwarzenberský palác v Praze

Praha, Praha

This Renaissance palace on Hradčany Square, built between 1545 and 1567, is known for its richly sgraffitoed façades and, inside, wall paintings preserved from around 1580. It now houses displays of the National Gallery. Its former owners included the Lobkowicz and Schwarzenberg families, the latter holding it until 1947.
