Reinhard-Blauth-Museum
Erzenhausen, Rheinland-Pfalz
A walk through these rooms covers the history of Weilerbach and its region from the Stone Age to the 20th century. Displays include early finds such as two Neolithic grinding stones, a replica of a gold bracelet from the princely grave at Rodenbach, and wheel fittings from the Weilerbach wagon grave, all evidence of Celtic settlement. There are also vessels from an early Roman cremation cemetery, along with exhibits on farming, crafts and everyday life. The local history museum was founded in 1964 by the researcher Reinhard Blauth.
