Pfadfindermuseum und Institut für Pfadfindergeschichte

Wien, Wien

This museum traces the story of scouting in Austria through a wide-ranging collection. It holds pieces from the Austrian scout movement, items linked to founder Lord Baden-Powell, and mementos of world scout gatherings, the Jamborees and Moots. Objects from other youth organisations and from scouting countries around the world round it out. It has existed since 1971 and is run by volunteers.
