Neustadter Erlebnis-Bibelmuseum

Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Rheinland-Pfalz

The Bible and its history are the subject of this museum. Its treasure room shows manuscripts and printed Bibles from before the Reformation, along with Reformed, Lutheran and Catholic editions. Neustadt is a fitting home, as the Neustadt Bible was produced here in 1579. The aim is to make the Bible something visitors can experience, not just look at.
