This regional museum at ul. Kościuszki 87 in Biłgoraj focuses on the folk crafts of the area, and most of its early collection came from the regionalist Michał Pękalski. Linked to it is the open-air Sitarz Farmstead, a sieve-makers' homestead saved from demolition in the 1970s and opened to visitors in 1976.
