Housed in a former synagogue and the house next door in Bechyně, this museum follows the development of hiking and tourism in the Czech lands and across Europe. Most of the display covers the Czech Tourist Club, its history, activities and notable figures. A detailed interactive map marks more than 200 lookout towers across the Czech Republic. It is said to be the only museum of its kind in the country.
