Devoted to Toruń gingerbread, this museum fills a former factory building put up by the Weese family in 1885. Across three floors and about 1,200 square metres you find interactive displays, films, a children's area and recreated interiors from the communist era. Visitors can also join culinary workshops, and the large collection of wooden gingerbread moulds is a highlight.
