Muzeum T. G. Masaryka v Lánech

This museum in Lány is devoted to Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the first Czechoslovak president, and to the events linked with him. It opened in 2003 as a branch of the Rakovník museum. Its roots lie in a modest show of photographs and documents that local people put together in early 1990 and that proved very popular with visitors.
