Muzeum Spraw Wojskowych w Krakowie

Set inside Fort 51 1/2 Swoszowice on the south side of Kraków, this museum remembers Poles who fought in foreign uniforms when Poland did not exist on the map. It also covers the wars of 1919–1921 and Polish military technology. Visitors can handle a rifle, put on a army helmet or try a short training march with a backpack. The website lists opening on Sundays, 11:00 to 17:00.
