Muzeum Okręgowe w Rzeszowie

The main building is a former Piarist monastery from the seventeenth century with a late Baroque façade, now holding archaeology, art and history collections. Among the most prized is the Dąbski family gallery. The museum also runs branches: the City History Museum, with an underground tourist route beneath the market square, the Ethnographic Museum, and the Julian Przyboś museum in Gwoźnica Dolna. Its holdings exceed 240,000 items.
