Muzeum Nikifora w Krynicy-Zdroju

Krynica-Zdrój, małopolskie

A museum devoted to Nikifor of Krynica, the renowned primitive painter, with his paintings and mementos. It occupies Romanówka, a wooden villa from the later 19th century in the Swiss style, in the centre of the spa town on Bulwary Dietla. The house was taken down in 1990 and rebuilt on its present spot, reached by a small bridge over the Kryniczanka stream.
