The palace of the Łódź manufacturer Izrael Poznański is the main exhibit here: its neo-style rooms with Art Nouveau touches are the setting for the displays. You can see the Poznański family dining room, the lady's salon and boudoir, and an oriental room. Separate rooms honour famous Łódź figures such as Marek Edelman, Jan Karski and Julian Tuwim, and Artur Rubinstein has a music gallery. There is also a model of the Lost Quarter and an exhibition on the film The Promised Land.
