This archaeological and historical museum in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski has been collecting since 1880. It also looks after the Krzemionki archaeological reserve, a UNESCO-listed site, and stages temporary exhibitions in the Wielopolski Palace in Częstocice. The latest, Argentarium, shows silver and plated tableware from Warsaw makers, drawn from museum and private collections. Saturday workshops run through the year.
