The museum stands on the site of the former German concentration camp of Gross-Rosen, at Rogoźnica near Goczałków. It tells the story of the camp and its subcamps, including those in the Owl Mountains where the Riese complex was built. Visitors will find permanent and temporary exhibitions, survivors' accounts and audio guides, and there is also a virtual tour online.
