Muzeum Československých Legií

Praha, Praha

This museum grew out of almost thirty years of research by Colonel Milan Žuffa-Kunča, who interviewed witnesses and surviving legionaries. Many gave him authentic weapons, uniforms and other period items. The exhibition tells the stories of Czechoslovak legionaries on the fronts in France, Russia, Italy and elsewhere, including how they rescued war orphans. The website also mentions help with tracing ancestors among the legionaries.
