Museumsfriedhof
Kramsach, Tirol
Wrought-iron grave crosses with irreverent, funny inscriptions are the draw here, many poking fun at the cause of death or the failings of the deceased. Around 60 crosses, mostly from Bavaria and Tyrol and dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, are displayed outdoors. The blacksmith Hans Guggenberger founded this open-air museum in 1965; there are no actual graves on the grounds.
