Montanmuseum Altböckstein
Bad Gastein, Salzburg
Two listed buildings in the old mining settlement of Altböckstein hold tools and machinery from the gold mining of the Gastein valley. The Salzstadel displays the miners' small tools and many illustrations, while the Säumerstall contains replicas of an ore stamp mill. The Rathausberg show power plant at Naßfeld is also part of the museum.
