Misrachi-Haus, Museum Judenplatz

Wien, Wien

Behind the baroque façade on Judenplatz stands a house dating back to the 12th century, part of Vienna's medieval Jewish quarter. Today it houses a branch of the Jewish Museum, telling the story of the district and of Jews in Vienna. The building also holds the synagogue and youth centre of the Misrachi community.
