Luftfahrttechnisches Museum Rechlin

This aviation museum stands among the historic buildings of a former Luftwaffe test site and tells the story of flight technology and of Rechlin on the Müritz. Soviet forces used the grounds after 1945 and left in 1993. Volunteers restored parts of the buildings and gathered exhibits, and the museum has welcomed visitors since 1998. The site itself is part of what you come to see.
