Landarbeitermuseum Suurhusen
Hinte, Niedersachsen
Built around 1679, this house served first as a poorhouse and later as a farm labourers' home. Today it shows how cramped and modest life was for an East Frisian farmworker family between 1900 and about 1950. Among some 800 exhibits is a model of Suurhusen as it looked around 1750.
