Kunstmuseum Stuttgart

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

A glass cube on Schlossplatz, it mirrors its surroundings by day and reveals its limestone walls by night. Across 5,000 square metres it shows the city's collection from the 19th century to the present. Otto Dix is especially well represented, with Metropolis, Prague Street and the portrait of the dancer Anita Berber, alongside Willi Baumeister, Adolf Hölzel and Dieter Roth.
