Jüdisches Museum Rendsburg

Rendsburg, Schleswig-Holstein

This museum recalls Rendsburg's Jewish history and occupies the fully preserved community centre of the former Jewish congregation. The rarely well-kept ensemble in the Neuwerk district includes the old synagogue with its mikveh and women's gallery, and the former Talmud Torah school. It opened in 1988, the second-oldest Jewish museum in Germany.
