Galeria Dobrej Sztuki w Częstochowie

Częstochowa, śląskie

This single-storey corner building from 1875, at the junction of Aleja Najświętszej Maryi Panny and ulica Nowowiejskiego, began as an Orthodox parish house and later served as the residence of the Częstochowa bishops between the wars. After renovation in 2007 it housed an exhibition of souvenirs linked to pilgrimages to the Jasna Góra shrine. Religious-themed shows have also been held here, sometimes with items lent by the sanctuary. It is now a branch of the Częstochowa Museum.
